We are looking for a Tech Recruiter (m/f/x) to join our motivated team in Berlin.
About the role:
Find, attract and engage the best Tech and Product talent in Berlin by means of direct search and studying and approaching the market and target companies
Support and manage strong relationships with our hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure effective and successful hiring
You are responsible for creating / maintaining great candidate experience by providing timely, transparent and clearly defined expectations and information on our internal interview process
Take ownership and initiative to change / develop the interview process
Support with onboarding of new hires and ensuring the smooth transition from a successful hire to a successful employee
Provide regular reporting and updates to the Head of HR and the Leadership Team
Supporting / being responsible for Employer branding initiatives
General recruitment experience and at least 1-2 years of experience in Tech Recruitment of various engineering and product roles (different levels of seniority and management responsibility)
Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
Motivation to make impact within geospatial industry
Willingness to learn and grow and see challenges as opportunities
Feeling comfortable with competency and behavioral based interviews and evaluating candidate profiles
Proven track record of delivering high speed and high quality recruitment results
Strong communication & organisational skills paired with empathy and creativity
Fluency in written and spoken English; good verbal and written German is a plus
