As a working student in marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our events strategy from the ground-up and play an important role in managing and executing all types of marketing-led events. You will be joining a growing team of passionate marketers and have a key role in shaping the future of a key function of marketing.
We are looking for a Working Student - Event Marketing (m/f/x) to join our motivated team in Berlin.
About the role:
Work with cross functional teams to develop and maintain an active list of top events across key regions. Actively contribute to this list through independent research
Play an active role in developing sales and marketing content for events - ensure content is fresh and relevant for each planned event
Take ownership of all communication and coordination between UP42 and externals in execution of events such as conferences, meetups, etc.
Be the point of contact for event organizers and supporting teams in ensuring timely delivery of UP42 material and assets for both offline and online events
Ensure a strong mechanism is set up to track KPIs and assess the influence of events - ingest key learnings into planning of events on an organic basis
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably pursuing a degree in marketing or business administration
Ability to to work 20 hours per week during a semester and 40 hours per week during a break
Hands-on experience managing events for a B2B company is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication in English. German is a bonus
