Job description
UP42 was founded in 2019 with a clear purpose: to transform how organizations order, access, and analyze Earth observation data. Our platform brings together the world’s leading geospatial providers, and offers a single touchpoint to access, manage, and process data at scale. From vegetation management and infrastructure monitoring to disaster response, UP42 helps organizations across industries find solutions to complex problems through Earth observation. Our expert support team and detailed documentation guide our users through every step. Since July 2025, UP42 has been a part of Neo Space Group.
We are looking for a Compliance and procurement specialist (m/f/x) to join our Compliance team, where we bridge the gap between rigorous regulatory standards and fast-paced business growth. As our new team member, you will transition from manual processes to cutting-edge automation, acting as a vital partner to our Sales and Finance departments. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a versatile profile across financial crime, data privacy, and corporate ethics while directly enabling the company's revenue success.
What you will do:
Manage the daily execution of the KYC and AML due diligence pipeline to ensure seamless and compliant customer onboarding.
Resolve complex "Red Flag" alerts independently by investigating sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media to protect the company from risk.
Act as a primary operational point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams to provide fast, compliant solutions for new deals.
Support the transformation of our compliance tech stack by testing and defining risk logic for our scalable KYC processes.
Administer internal procurement guidelines and facilitate our purchase order processes within the Moss platform.
Develop a single source of truth for all subscriptions and licenses through a comprehensive audit of vendor contracts.
Execute day-to-day GDPR workflows (such as ROPA updates and DSR triage) to ensure data privacy remains a natural part of our operations.
Administer company-wide ethics and compliance training to foster a culture of integrity and shared ownership.
