Join our Customer Success team, where we bridge the gap between remote sensing data and meaningful customer impact. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary advocate for our users, ensuring their projects thrive through seamless coordination and guidance. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the evolving geospatial industry while directly influencing the quality and efficiency of our global services.

What you will do:

  • Manage customer orders and projects through internal and external production and delivery channels.

  • Manage communication with the customers, keep them up to date on the status of their orders and other related requests.

  • Collaborate with our Partners to ensure effective order processing and project completion.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and grow customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product and engineering teams on projects to improve user experience, efficiency and quality of our products and services.

Job requirements

Here is a good summary of what we are looking for:

  • Proven geospatial background or up to three years of experience with GIS and remote sensing, ranging from recent graduates to established professionals.

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts 

  • Proven ability to empathize with customers and maintain a solution-oriented mindset 

  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality 

  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across different internal teams and external partners 

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving workflows within the satellite imagery industry 

  • Genuine passion for geospatial technology and a drive to contribute to customer success 

  • Residency in Berlin or a genuine willingness to relocate to the area 

Bonus points if you bring:

  • Proficiency in the German language

  • Prior experience in customer oriented role

  • Domain knowledge of satellite imagery workflows and tasking processes
